CGDI CG100 Mileage Repair Function Test Report

Test Report 1: Mileage Repair for Volvo S80L

Procedures:

  1. To startthe mileage repair process, you should gather the necessary car information, including the car type and year, from the vehicle’s VIN.
  2. Capture a picture of the current mileage, which is160,886 KM

  1. Remove the dashboard tocheck the chip number: the mileage information is stored in the chip with the code: 9S12H256.

  1. Access CG100 Progsoftware and navigate to Programmer, then select 9S12H256.

  1. Connect the wires according to the diagram: ensure accurate wiring connections based on the provided diagram.
  2. Read data: Read data and verify if the kilometer value matches the dashboard’s displayed mileage.
  3. Set the target mileage to 100,910 KM, either manually or by sending the data to tech support for modification.
  4. After successfully writing the target mileage, re-install the dashboard back into Volvo S80L, completing the process.

Test Report 2: Mileage Repair for Honda Fit S6J3001

Procedure:

  1. Obtain the necessary car information from the VIN (car type: Honda Fit 2020 S6J3001).
  2. Capture a picture of the current mileage, which is recorded as 128,330 KM.
  3. Remove the dashboard and check the chip number: The mileage information is stored in the chip with the code: S6J3001.
  4. Access the CG100 Prog software and navigate to the Dashboard section, selecting the region and car make: Asia car >>Honda >> Fit >> 2020 S6J3001.

  1. Ensure accurate wiring connections based on the provided diagram.

  1. Read data from the chip and verify if the kilometer value matches the dashboard’s displayed mileage.
  2. Set your targetedmileage to 19,323 KM, either manually or by sending the data to tech support for modification.
  3. After successfully writing the target mileage, re-install the dashboard back into Honda Fit S6J3001, and the process is complete.
