1: Backing up Original ECU Data

Sequentially read DFLASH and PFLASH data and make sure to backup these files.

Upload the file to Fiardell HexCmp as shown below

2: Backing up New ECU Data

Return to CG FC200 software’s main interface

Identify the new ECU information and read its ISN

This should read as 570298EC43DD022648E3224F481DE6CB

Copy this ISN into a new notepad.

Read and save the DFLASH and PFLASH data once again.

3: Writing PFLASH

Select ‘Write PFLASH.’

A warning will appear regarding overwriting original ECU data. Confirm the data is backed up before proceeding.

Open and verify the original PFLASH file.

Ensure a stable network connection and wait for the process to complete.

On completion, verify the file.
