PCMTuner Error Problem Preparing Selected File Solution
Question:
I need to read Alfa Romeo Giulietta using an EDC17C69 control unit with PCMTuner. When I read both EEprom and microprocessor it would let me write EEPROM but not microprocessor. If I write to the EEPROM with the same files I read everything works fine. If I write to the chip with the same file it reads, it gives me the information of the photo. Do you have any ideas?
Solution:
You are trying to write a file to EEPROM. Need to change to flash.
You need to select Flash in the dropdown to write to flash!
If EEPROM is selected, flash cannot be written. Select flash in the drop-down menu and flash your files instead of flashing in the EEPROM.
