Autel XP400 PRO shows an error when registering
Q: Feedback from one of our customers, when registering this product, the sn number is correct, but it keeps prompting an error, and prompts:
The device’s serial number and password are located in the About section of the System Setup application on the tool.
A: Autel XP400 PRO Adapter is an accessory, which needs to be used with IM508 or IM608. No registration is required, so the serial number displayed is wrong.
If it is used alone, is it directly used for downloading software?
